2.  Payment Terms: Full payment is required before work begins. We accept card payments and will provide details during consultation.

3.  Hosting and Domain Fees: These costs are included in our service fees.

4.  Ownership: Ownership of the website design and content transfers to you upon full payment and completion of the website.

5.  Subscriptions: For subscription clients, we manage the site for you, but ownership remains yours.

6.  Cancellations: You can cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund if work has not started.

7.  Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback.

8.  Liability: We are not responsible for indirect damages from using our services.

9.  Intellectual Property: All designs remain ours until full payment, then transfer to you.

10.  Changes: We may update these terms and will notify you.
