🕒 1. Cancellations and Refunds

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided work has not yet begun on your project.

Once design or development work has started, refunds are not available, as time and resources will have been allocated to your project.

If you have any concerns, we’ll always do our best to resolve them and find a solution that works for you.

💻 2. Subscription or Ongoing Services

You may cancel your monthly care or maintenance plan at any time.

Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No additional payments will be taken after cancellation.

💰 3. Deposits

Some projects may require a non-refundable deposit to begin work.

This deposit covers initial design setup, project planning, and communication time.

The deposit will be deducted from your total project cost once work begins.
